Not your usual prawn cocktail, a larger style shelled Tiger Prawn cooked on our premises and served with a tangy seafood sauce.

Seafood Platter (Cold)
A taste bud sensation including marinated Trevalla, Baby Octopus, Shelled Prawns, Tasmanian Smoked Salmon and Tasmanian Oysters (Natural). Can be shared, or as a main.

Marinated Octopus
Whole sliced octopus with a unique spicy flavour, served on a bed of mesclun salad.

Smoked Tasmanian Salmon
Of the Atlantic variety, thinly sliced, garnished with a Saffron Mayonnaise.

Marinated Trevalla
Fillets of “Blue-Eye” pickled in our own vinaigrette and served on a bed of mesclun salad.

Jailhouse Pate
Freshly made traditional chicken liver and Pepper Berry Pate, served with buttered toast.
